History of Kashi Vishwanath Temple
The temple, devoted to Bholenath (Lord Shiva) is situated in Varanasi, and is prevalent as the brilliant sanctuary, because of the substantial gold plating done on it’s 15.5 meter high tower. One ton of gold given by Maharaja Ranjit Singh (the leader of Punjab) in 1839, has been utilized as a part of the gold

The timings for darshan and pooja are from 3 AM to 11 PM. A visit to the sacred temple brings an individual at complete peace.
